1. 'When anyone gives a grain gift to the Lord, it should be of fine flour. He should pour oil on it and put special perfume on it.

1. And when H3588 any H5315 will offer H7126 a meat H4503 offering H7133 unto the LORD H3068 , his offering H7133 shall be H1961 of fine flour H5560 ; and he shall pour H3332 oil H8081 upon H5921 it , and put H5414 frankincense H3828 thereon H5921 :

2. Then he will take it to Aaron's sons, the religious leaders. The religious leader will fill his hand with the fine flour, oil and special perfume and will burn it on the altar as a part to be remembered. It will be a gift by fire, a pleasing smell to the Lord.

2. And he shall bring H935 it to H413 Aaron H175 's sons H1121 the priests H3548 : and he shall take H7061 therefrom H4480 H8033 his handful H4393 H7062 of the flour H4480 H5560 thereof , and of the oil H4480 H8081 thereof, with H5921 all H3605 the frankincense H3828 thereof ; and the priest H3548 shall burn H6999 H853 the memorial H234 of it upon the altar H4196 , to be an offering made by fire H801 , of a sweet H5207 savor H7381 unto the LORD H3068 :

3. The rest of the grain gift will belong to Aaron and his sons. It is a most holy part of the gifts by fire to the Lord.

3. And the remnant H3498 of H4480 the meat offering H4503 shall be Aaron H175 's and his sons H1121 ': it is a thing most holy H6944 H6944 of the offerings of the LORD made by fire H4480 H801 H3068 .

4. 'When you bring a gift of grain that has been baked, it should be loaves of fine flour without yeast and mixed with oil, or hard bread without yeast and spread with oil.

4. And if H3588 thou bring H7126 an oblation H7133 of a meat offering H4503 baked H3989 in the oven H8574 , it shall be unleavened H4682 cakes H2471 of fine flour H5560 mingled H1101 with oil H8081 , or unleavened H4682 wafers H7550 anointed H4886 with oil H8081 .

5. If your gift of grain has been cooked on top of the stove, it should be of fine flour without yeast and mixed with oil.

5. And if H518 thy oblation H7133 be a meat offering H4503 baked in H5921 a pan H4227 , it shall be H1961 of fine flour H5560 unleavened H4682 , mingled H1101 with oil H8081 .

6. Break it into pieces and pour oil on it. It is a grain gift.
|
6. Thou shalt part H6626 it in pieces H6595 , and pour H3332 oil H8081 thereon H5921 : it H1931 is a meat offering H4503 .
|
7. If your gift of grain has been cooked in a pot, it should be made of fine flour with oil.
|
7. And if H518 thy oblation H7133 be a meat offering H4503 baked in the frying pan H4802 , it shall be made H6213 of fine flour H5560 with oil H8081 .

8. Bring the grain gift that is made of these things to the Lord. It will be given to the religious leader, and he will bring it to the altar.

8. And thou shalt bring H935 H853 the meat offering H4503 that H834 is made H6213 of these things H4480 H428 unto the LORD H3068 : and when it is presented H7126 unto H413 the priest H3548 , he shall bring H5066 it unto H413 the altar H4196 .

9. The religious leader will take the part to be remembered from the grain gift and burn it on the altar. It will be a gift by fire, a pleasing smell to the Lord.

9. And the priest H3548 shall take H7311 from H4480 the meat offering H4503 H853 a memorial H234 thereof , and shall burn H6999 it upon the altar H4196 : it is an offering made by fire H801 , of a sweet H5207 savor H7381 unto the LORD H3068 .

10. The rest of the grain gift belongs to Aaron and his sons. It is a most holy part of the gifts by fire to the Lord.

10. And that which is left H3498 of H4480 the meat offering H4503 shall be Aaron H175 's and his sons': H1121 it is a thing most holy H6944 H6944 of the offerings of the LORD made by fire H4480 H801 H3068 .

11. 'No grain gift that you bring to the Lord will be made with yeast. For you must never burn yeast or honey in any gift by fire to the Lord.

11. No H3808 H3605 meat offering H4503 , which H834 ye shall bring H7126 unto the LORD H3068 , shall be made H6213 with leaven H2557 : for H3588 ye shall burn H6999 no H3808 H3605 leaven H7603 , nor any H3605 honey H1706 , in any offering of the LORD made by fire H801 H3068 .

12. You may bring them to the Lord as a gift of first-fruits, but not for a pleasing smell upon the altar.

12. As for the oblation H7133 of the firstfruits H7225 , ye shall offer H7126 them unto the LORD H3068 : but they shall not H3808 be burnt H5927 on H413 the altar H4196 for a sweet H5207 savor H7381 .

13. You should add salt to all your grain gifts. The salt of the agreement of your God must be in your grain gift. Give salt with all your gifts.
|
13. And every H3605 oblation H7133 of thy meat offering H4503 shalt thou season H4414 with salt H4417 ; neither H3808 shalt thou suffer the salt H4417 of the covenant H1285 of thy God H430 to be lacking H7673 from H4480 H5921 thy meat offering H4503 : with H5921 all H3605 thine offerings H7133 thou shalt offer H7126 salt H4417 .

14. 'If you give a grain gift of first-fruits to the Lord, give crushed new grain from new plants, dried by fire.

14. And if H518 thou offer H7126 a meat offering H4503 of thy firstfruits H1061 unto the LORD H3068 , thou shalt offer H7126 H853 for the meat offering H4503 of thy firstfruits H1061 green ears of corn H24 dried H7033 by the fire H784 , even corn beaten H1643 out of full ears H3759 .

15. Put oil and special perfume on it. It is a grain gift.

15. And thou shalt put H5414 oil H8081 upon H5921 it , and lay H7760 frankincense H3828 thereon H5921 : it H1931 is a meat offering H4503 .

16. The religious leader will burn part of its crushed grain and oil with all its special perfume, as its part to be remembered. It is a gift by fire to the Lord.

16. And the priest H3548 shall burn H6999 H853 the memorial H234 of it, part of the beaten corn H4480 H1643 thereof , and part of the oil H4480 H8081 thereof, with H5921 all H3605 the frankincense H3828 thereof: it is an offering made by fire H801 unto the LORD H3068 .
