MOV   മിസ്രയീമ്യർക്കു വേല ചെയ്‍വാൻ ഞങ്ങളെ വിടേണം എന്നു ഞങ്ങൾ മിസ്രയീമിൽവെച്ചു നിന്നോടു പറഞ്ഞില്ലയോ? മരുഭൂമിയിൽ മരിക്കുന്നതിനെക്കാൾ മിസ്രയീമ്യർക്കു വേല ചെയ്യുന്നതായിരുന്നു ഞങ്ങൾക്കു നല്ലതു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
IRVML   ഈജിപ്റ്റുകാർക്ക് വേല ചെയ്യുവാൻ ഞങ്ങളെ വിടണം എന്ന് ഞങ്ങൾ ഈജിപ്റ്റിൽവെച്ച് നിന്നോട് പറഞ്ഞില്ലയോ? മരുഭൂമിയിൽ മരിക്കുന്നതിനേക്കാൾ ഈജിപ്റ്റുകാർക്ക് വേല ചെയ്യുന്നതായിരുന്നു ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് നല്ലത്” എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു.
TEV   మా జోలికి రావద్దు, ఐగుప్తీయులకు దాసుల మగుదుమని ఐగుప్తులో మేము నీతో చెప్పినమాట యిదే గదా; మేము అరణ్యమందు చచ్చుటకంటెె ఐగుప్తీయు లకు దాసుల మగుటయే మేలని చెప్పిరి.
ERVTE   ఇలా జరుగుతుందని మేము నీతో చెప్పాము. ‘దయచేసి మమ్మల్ని విసిగించకు. మమ్మల్ని ఇక్కడే ఉండనిచ్చి, ఈజిప్టు వాళ్లకు సేవ చేయనియ్యి అని ఈజిప్టులోనే మేము చెప్పాము.’ ఇలా బయటకు వచ్చి ఈఎడారిలో చావడంకంటె ఈజిప్టులోనే ఉండిపోయి బానిసలంగా ఉంటేనే యింకా బాగుండేది మాకు.”
IRVTE   మేము ఐగుప్తీయులకు బానిసలుగానే ఉంటాం, మా జోలికి రావద్దు అని ఐగుప్తులో ఉన్నప్పుడే చెప్పింది ఇందుకే గదా. మేము ఎడారిలో చనిపోవడం కంటే ఐగుప్తులో బానిసలుగా బతకడమే మంచిది” అని నిష్టూరంగా మాట్లాడారు. PEPS

ERVKN   ನಾವು ನಿನಗೆ ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲೇ, ‘ದಯಮಾಡಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಗೊಡವೆಗೆ ಬರಬೇಡ. ನಾವು ಇಲ್ಲಿದ್ದುಕೊಂಡು ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನವರ ಸೇವೆಮಾಡಲು ಬಿಡು’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೆವು. ನಾವು ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಯುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ, ಅಲ್ಲೇ ಗುಲಾಮರಾಗಿ ಇದ್ದಿದ್ದರೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದಾಗಿರುತ್ತಿತ್ತು” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
IRVKN   ನಾವು ಐಗುಪ್ತ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವಾಗಲೇ, ‘ನೀನು ನಮ್ಮ ಗೊಡವೆಗೆ ಬರಬೇಡ. ನಾವು ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರಿಗೆ ದಾಸರಾಗಿಯೇ ಇರುವೆವು’ ಎಂಬುದಾಗಿ ನಿನಗೆ ಹೇಳಲಿಲ್ಲವೇ. ನಾವು ಮರುಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಯುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಐಗುಪ್ತ್ಯರಿಗೆ ದಾಸರಾಗಿರುವುದೇ ಮೇಲಲ್ಲವೇ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. PEPS
